Château Arnoux - Saint Auban (LFMX)

At last, here's this famous airfield where a glider pilot worthy of the name inevitably came one day: don't we nickname it "Mecca for gliding fans"?

What does the tourist information office web site say about it?
".. Saint Auban accommodates the prestigious National Gliding Center. This high-level center, which has a world-wide reputation, welcomed, in 1997, the world gliding championships..."

This scenery, created in its entirety with specific buildings, teems with objects and details which require taking time "to go round the place" for seing all them.

    

And naturally, the ROTW, not shrinking from the difficulty, couldn't put on-line this airfield without the 2D scenery which surrounds it. This scenery, created by TJ and "Beralex", is offered to you on this site (menu "Scenery").
