And now Thierry, having probably tasted during his holidays the indisputable charms of our beloved Brittany, is interested in it in doing this very attractive airfield on the Quiberon peninsula.

This idea suits me a lot as this airfield is the favourite one for Rennes inhabitants pilots who want to spend one Sunday on the beach. Indeed, not only it's located on the southern coast (the water is warmer!) but it allows, in about twenty minutes of flight, to avoid more than two hours of traffic jam (it's funny to see "them" gathered together on the only road which connects the peninsula with the coast). And everything is possible on foot in some hundreds of metres: walk along the quayside, beach (at the runway end), restaurants (inescapable pancake houses), walks on the rocky coast, shops.

The most lucky (wealthy) one's may purchase (or rent) a flat in these nice residences near the runway: the pilot's dream!

And the "must" for this creation is that it totally fits into the enormous work made by Henri (ROTW) and concerning 2D development of all this Brittany part. It's necessary to read and to follow the installation file because some modifications are to be made in Henri's scenery to integrate this airfield (in fact, Henri had created an airport with generic buildings which must be removed now).

If you didn't go round Brittany with Fly! yet, you've missed out on the most important things: all this beautiful area is practically modelled "ROTW quality" and it's a delight to fly there in VFR. Look at this photo, as if you were there!
