One of the first jet airliners and finally, there she is : the famous
Sud Aviation Caravelle from Toulouse (France) birthplace of French aviation,
home of the Aérospatiale and Airbus Industries.

So Romàn built us this beautiful plane which flies so well (but
sensitive to turbulences due to its large wingspan) in 3 liveries: from
Toulouse (especially for me), Swiss (for Marc) and Spanish (for the rest
of the world,;-)).

Romàn, who also helps us translating this web-site, also did the
interior views but he will not mind me saying that these are not yet at
the level of the exterior views but we know how difficult it is to do
both 3d models and 2d views.
This is his first plane and we are sure he will surprise us next time.

Caravelle: Central-Africa Republic livery

The plane is just out and here is Leen with his magical paintbrushes.
So here is a version that flew in the Central-Africa Republic quite
some years ago.
Here she is, flying over..., by the way, who will recognise this
south french town ?

Caravelle: Air Inter version
|
by Leen de Jager

Air Inter, French national company which used to fly on interior
lines was one of the biggest Caravelle users. Leen was duty-bound
to pay it tribute: it's done and it's wonderful. Shown in
Orly, of course !

Caravelle: Swedish version

Here is an other version of the famous French twin
jet, this time "in coat of arms" of the Swedish
company "Transwede" which used this aircraft
for a long time. Caravelle has been replaced by MD 82/83
and Fokker 100 which make up the majority of the fleet
of this Nordic carrier.
A virtual air company (http://www.nordicair.org/tq/)
(resume all the features of the real).
