ROTW: Socata TBM 700 patch to fix the EFIS' bug

The ROTW would like to thank Zane Gard for his perseverance in searching a
solution for the famous bug which sent Windows 2000 and Windows XP users back
to their desktop when clicking on the buttons of the EFIS due to a conflict
with the co-pilot HSI.
So here is fix which also solves, thanks to Alejandro Amigorena, an issue concerning
the KMA26 audio panel.
New (2/2/2004): version 2 which adds functional
fuel pump switches to overhead panel as well as the return of a HSI for the
co-pilot.
