France le Pack! 2: "Dex" of France le Pack! converted

As Frédéric Picci resumed his DEX creation for Fly! II, here is the result of his work: all his old DEX (airports, runways and Comm) are now updated and we have with Fly! II, a representation of airports covering France which becomes very realistic.

Follow well the instructions of the Lisezmoi file: don't forget this update does not work without the taxiways update.

Remark: this file being in constant evolution, check regularly if you have the last version (with the date of the title).

Version of 12.16.2001: addition of ils.dex fixed for Nantes by Didier Rigault.
