DLL: a FMD on a second screen (V1b)

This time, Laurent provides us with a Dll which allows to use Open GC features
and to visualize a FMD on the screen of a second PC linked by LAN.
The Dll provided with all necessary to get Open GC and to parameter its function
with a LAN.
FlightGear is not obligatory, but you must absolutely read all the explanations
given in zip file if you want it to work.
Update 04/18/2004:
of course nobody believed that Laurent would provides us with a DLL and leave
it at that. So, as expected here is his first update. An EICAS is added to the
PFD on the second computer. Warning: there will certainly be other updates, stay tuned !
