3DEMBin2Ras: Elevations Files Converter Tool

This tool has been realized to convert .BIN elevations files stemmed from 3DEM with the "Save ground matrix" menu to the "Binary signed integer" format into standard .RAS file importable into Fly! editor (Dem).

The reason for which it's interesting to use 3DEM is it can assemble several SRTM tiles which have a basic size of 1° latitude by 1° longitude, and also fill in existing holes with the F7 key or the "Operations->Patch missing data" menu.

The SRTM data have a 90 m resolution, what is the best at present (30 m in USA).
